Domingo E. Galliano,
MD, FACS, FASCRS
Dr. Galliano is the most experienced Board Certified Colorectal Surgeon with Da Vinci Robotic Surgery in Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties. He has performed over 1600 DaVinci Robotic procedures, and is a proud SRC Master Surgeon in Colorectal Surgery. Dr. Galliano has been serving Charlotte County patients and beyond since 1989.
James (Mark) Kiely,
MD, FACS, FASCRS
Dr. Kiely was in academic colon and rectal surgery practice in Columbia University Medical Center, New York prior to joining Galliano Surgical Group. His clinical interests encompass the whole of colorectal surgery including benign and malignant conditions, abdominal and pelvic, as well as anorectal procedures.
Boris Borges Ondarse,

Dr. Borges has a wealth of experience. ​As a General Surgeon with more than 15 years of experience, including international medical missions, he is able to take care of patients with many different complex surgical conditions, including benign and malignant diseases of the neck, chest, breast, abdomen, and pelvis.
Laura Garro,
MSN, APRN, CNOR, FNP-C, FNP-BC
Laura has been the Nurse Practitioner with Galliano Surgical Group since 2021. She came to the practice with more than 20 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, and spent most of this time as a nurse in the Operating Room. She has provided care to diverse patient populations in both outpatient and hospital surgical settings.
